What is this?
Life moves quickly. Schedules fill up. Conversations come and go. Entire days can pass before we realize we never slowed down long enough to listen for the voice of God.
The Priceless Minute was created to help reclaim those moments.
This collection of writings brings together reflections on Scripture, verse by verse studies, conversations about real-life issues, and honest thoughts about the challenges believers face in everyday life. Some entries walk carefully through passages of the Bible. Others wrestle with questions about faith, culture, relationships, family, forgiveness, and the difficult topics that often shape our spiritual journey. At times the reflections are deeply personal, moments where God used a verse, a situation, or a quiet prayer to teach something worth sharing.
Every post points back to the same foundation: the Word of God.
Each reflection is grounded in Scripture and often closes with questions to consider or a prayer to help guide your heart toward the Lord. The goal is not simply to read another article, but to pause, reflect, and allow God’s truth to shape how we think, live, love, forgive, and follow Christ.
Some posts may take a minute to read. Others may invite you to linger a little longer. Either way, the hope is the same: that somewhere in these words you find a moment with God that becomes far more valuable than the minute it took to read.
Use the search, categories, and tags in the sidebar to explore reflections by topic, Scripture passage, or life issue.
New posts appear below, but the sidebar tools make it easy to explore the full archive of The Priceless Minute.
Take a minute. Let God speak.

I Should Have Said Something Sooner
This isn’t a typical Priceless Moment. There’s no clean lesson wrapped up at the end. No neat bow on it. No clear resolution. This is me writing in the middle of something I’m still feeling. And I have a sense… someone needs to hear this. Someone reading this is thinking about a person they’ve drifted…

When God Changes You Before He Changes Things
Most of us naturally pray for God to change our circumstances first. We ask Him to open the door, fix the relationship, remove the pressure, answer the prayer, or make the path clearer. None of those requests are wrong. God cares deeply about the details of our lives. Yet sometimes, before He changes what is…

Don’t Trade Truth for Comfort
Comfort can be appealing in ways we do not always recognize. It is not only soft chairs, easy schedules, or quiet weekends. Comfort can also be the desire to avoid hard conversations, difficult truths, necessary change, or anything that stretches us beyond what feels safe. Left unchecked, comfort can slowly become a higher priority than…

Almost Right Still Leads You Wrong
Not every wrong path looks obviously wrong at first. Some roads appear reasonable, attractive, and close enough to truth that they hardly raise concern. They sound wise, feel harmless, and may even carry spiritual language. Yet being near truth is not the same as walking in truth. That is one of the dangers of deception.…

Who Are You Becoming?
Life has a way of shaping us quietly. Most change does not happen in one dramatic moment. It happens slowly through repeated choices, daily habits, private thoughts, and the people or influences we allow near us. Month by month, year by year, something is being formed within us whether we notice it or not. That…

Faith Isn’t a Feeling
Faith often feels easiest when life is going well. When prayers are being answered, doors are opening, peace is present, and strength is high, trusting God can seem almost natural. Gratitude flows more easily in those seasons, and confidence feels steady. But life does not remain there every day. There are also mornings when energy…
