The Cornerstone

Jesus as “The Cornerstone” signifies His role as the foundation of our faith and the church. In ancient construction, the cornerstone was the first stone laid, aligning and supporting the entire structure.

I’ve had moments where I felt like life’s foundation was crumbling beneath me. During those times, Jesus reminded me that He is my Cornerstone, the unshakable foundation on which I can build my life.

The Foundation of Our Faith: Jesus is the cornerstone of salvation, the basis of our relationship with God (Ephesians 2:20).

The Alignment of Our Lives: As the cornerstone, He aligns our priorities and purpose, guiding us to live in step with His will.

The Strength of Our Hope: When life feels uncertain, the Cornerstone offers stability and security, reminding us that we are firmly grounded in Him.

Calling on the Cornerstone challenges us to build our lives on Jesus, trusting in His strength and direction.
