Our Story

Kneeling Ministries grew out of a quiet season of writing that began in 2018 under the name The Hidden Pastor.

At that time, the goal was simple. To share reflections on Scripture without drawing attention to the person writing them. The focus was never meant to be the author, but the One the words pointed to. For several years the writings remained anonymous, offered as short reflections rooted in Scripture and shaped by the everyday experiences of ministry, family life, and walking with Christ.

Those early writings were born in seasons of joy, growth, pain, and refinement. In the quiet places where God often does His deepest work, the Lord used that hidden season to shape both the message and the messenger.

In 2025, that season came to a close.

After years of writing anonymously, it became clear that the time had come to step forward openly and continue the work under a real name. The writings that once appeared under The Hidden Pastor would now continue under the name Pastor Jason Price.

Not to elevate a person, but to point people to Jesus.

Today the writings continue through The Priceless Minute, a collection of Scripture rooted reflections that explore faith, family, spiritual growth, and the real life challenges believers face as they seek to follow Christ. Some posts walk through passages of Scripture verse by verse. Others wrestle with difficult topics, personal moments, or practical questions about living faithfully in a complicated world.

Every reflection shares the same foundation. The Word of God and the desire to see lives shaped by the truth of Scripture.

In addition to the written reflections, Kneeling Ministries also offers Scripture Scholar, an interactive Bible study companion designed to help readers explore Scripture more deeply. It allows people to ask questions about passages, theology, and Christian living while remaining anchored in a Christ centered, Scripture first approach to interpretation.

Scripture Scholar also functions as a digital discipleship tool, encouraging believers to think carefully about Scripture, grow in biblical understanding, and apply God’s Word faithfully in everyday life.

The Foundation of Kneeling Ministries

Over the years I have come to believe that healthy Christian growth follows a simple and biblical pattern.

Prayer grounds the believer.
Discipleship forms the believer.
Apologetics equips the believer.
Evangelism sends the believer.

Prayer keeps us dependent on God. Everything begins on our knees before it moves into teaching, ministry, or outreach.

Discipleship helps believers grow in their understanding of Scripture and their walk with Christ.

Apologetics equips believers to explain and defend their faith with clarity, humility, and truth.

Evangelism sends believers to share the gospel and point others to Jesus.

This rhythm shapes everything we do within Kneeling Ministries, from writing and teaching to discipleship tools like Scripture Scholar.

Kneeling Ministries exists to encourage believers to draw near to God, grow in His Word, and live faithfully for Christ.

Because the Christian life begins in humility before the Lord.

And the most powerful place a believer can stand is on their knees.
