Worry is a burden we often carry, even though Jesus invites us to lay it down. In Matthew 6:25, He reminds us that life is more than the things we stress about. God, who takes care of the birds and flowers, is more than capable of meeting our needs.
I’ve struggled with worry in the past, especially during seasons of uncertainty. Whether it was financial concerns or fears about the future, worry often consumed my thoughts. But when I brought my anxieties to God, He replaced them with peace. His faithfulness reminded me that I didn’t have to have all the answers… He already did.
Worry doesn’t change our circumstances; it only steals our joy. Trusting God frees us to focus on His kingdom, knowing He cares for us and will provide. When we let go of worry, we make space for His peace to guard our hearts and minds.
