What we watch, listen to, and engage with matters. Entertainment has a powerful influence on our thoughts, values, and actions. As Christians, we are called to be mindful of what we consume and to choose content that aligns with God’s truth.
It’s easy to justify questionable entertainment as harmless, but everything we take in shapes us in some way. Movies, music, and media that glorify violence, sensuality, or ungodliness can desensitize us to sin and pull us away from God’s holiness.
Choosing entertainment that honors God doesn’t mean living in a bubble… it means being intentional. Look for content that inspires, uplifts, and reflects God’s goodness. Set boundaries for yourself and your family, and remember that what you allow into your home and mind can either draw you closer to God or push you further away.

Lord, thank You for the gift of creativity and entertainment. Help me to choose content that honors You and reflects Your goodness.
